another week has passed, just like that!! its crazy i tell you.. just the other day hel was commenting on how its monday again, and poof, its the weekends already! =0
i absolutely LOVE the weekends! <3
the whole week was okay i guess, with lectures and classes as usual.. OHH ive switched my elective sub from accounting (bo-ring!) to logic. and cos of that, all my classes changed as well. ahh im so gonna miss my hot, more importantly (ehem yea right) good econs teacher =(
anwyays, the weekends!!
on fri night, i was feeling a lil funny.. like i didnt have mood for anything, didnt feel like doing any work nor talking nor socialising.. and instead jsut stone in front of my comp and all.. was suppose to go to oxford street at 6 with kim and nic to buy a pressie for nics frens gf, but in the end just sent them off the tube cos i thought the shops would already be closed, but apparently not cos they even managed to visit topshop and zara boo!.. and sheue yngs bd dinner cum karaoke thingie, which i cant go cos i've already overspent for the week.. haha..
it was all ok till suddenly jason (this guy from hungery) knocked on my door saying enthusiastically as always, "let's go out for a drink!" and i (less enthusiastically) went, "hmmm". but i know its kinda unsociable to not go out esp on a friday night, so off we went to the bar nearby.. managed to persuade jun hann and xiong (my neighbours) to go, which is an achievement since they dont really go out at night kinda thing..
unfortunately, all the bars were closed by the time we reached ie bout 11.30pm, so the 8 of us walked to sports cafe, which charges 5 pounds per entry. obviously we turned back AND AND AND, i dunno how, but on the way back, chea ming, xiong, jun hann, jason, kelvin and i decided to share a dozen of krispy creme doughnuts!! its like 8.45pounds for 6 of us, meaning 2 doughnuts each yay!
i am so drooling now.
*stomach grumbles*went over to south kensington on sat to visit norman ng kok kwan, an ex classmate who happens to be very intelligent (what a random description, but yea :P) dropped by kensington park for a bit cos he wanted to feed his expired bread to the birds.. i just went along, thinking tht it would be a normal park and all, and boy was i in for a surprise!
.speechless.come to think of it, all the parks in london are soo pretty. top that with a nice and cooling weather- fantastic!!

imperial is so effing nice i tell you! the buildings, the lecture halls, the environment, the rooms- all of them are soo new, clean and big!! after visiting imp, lse seems so lousy, old and sad.. haha im serious! those are the exact words to describe.
normans room is soo big! apparently his hall is so new that theyre like the first batch to live there. rents bout 110 pounds per week, a lil pricey la. but i tell you, the place is posh man (relatively, compared to northumberland hehe). everything is soo new and clean and neat, plus it has a very modern touch to it.
the nerdy part of the room. the one in red is his roomie, dan. or daniel. followed by shen and ce dong. notice how long the tables are. im so jealous! and the empty selves on top, wtf!
when i went in all of them were using the comp ok, how guy-yy!!
also, the kitchen in their halls, they are H-U-G-E!!! my god, they even have lockers to their cabinet and own part of the fridge. its really really very spacious (and new, damn cant get over the new thing hehe). northumberland is nothing compared to that.but i shd be thankful and appreciate whatever i have right? and i am!
went to some free boring science museum for a while after that before hopping in to ethos.
and guess what?

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, how i miss it. my first time in a month. going to the steam room used to be in my "beauty" regime back in msia, always went at least once a week. it just feels so good inside, where its hot, wet, and you jsut want to sweat all the toxic away. wouldve swam as well if it wasnt that time of the month grr.
and you know, the thing is, all these lucky imperial ppl get to use ethos FOR FREE! the gym, sauna, swimming pool, showers, bsb courts. they are really enjoying man. its too much for me to bear!! how come lse doesnt offer all thse! so unfair!! lousy!
had an amazing dinner (pizza, fried chips) and went back at bout 9.30pm.

after dinner, hel and me went back to the room, meaning to get some work done. before we know it, a few flatmates came and we sorta had a chat till quite late..

just the other day (i forgot which), i actually repacked my wardrobe cos i really cannot stand the messiness already! how rare right :P its really, really small and i have to practically fold all of my clothes.. i miss my cabinet at home!! =*(
and recently im very into zhang ziyi in the memoirs of a geisha.. she looks so damn good in the cover of the book that i used the same pic in my dp + wallpaper! this is true beauty man :)
i love beautiful things <3>woke up at noon this sun. i really feel damn good waking up when i want to, not cos i need to. so happy! :P and after that, angela asked to join tammi and her for a jog at st. james park, at 1.30pm!! i know it sounds weird at first, cos who jogs in the afternoon right, esp during lunchtime! but i guess its different here in london, cos its not that hot here, and the cold breeze only makes it nicer to jog! :)
and after that, went to azda with hel and angela. it was so far away omg (20 min bus ride), but really worth it as the stuff there are much cheaper compared to tesco and sainsbury. bought a whooping total of 16.70pounds, but no fear, its gonna last for 2 weeks!! it HAS to!! been overspending like hell this week! crap man..
ohh! and now we are one more hour late due to some daylight saving thing. this means for once, we actually get 25 hours a day!! :) just found out bout it yest. for example, before its 10am, but with daylight saving, which is gonna continue till spring or something, its 9am!! but then, it also means that the time diff between london and msia has increased to 8 hours!
i have been eating so, so much of late. my stomach has expended. usually after dinner, i would eat like a whole long packet of biscuits and still not be full. its just like an itch i had to scratch. or mayb it became a habit or sth.
I GOTTA EAT LESS JUNK!! =S
