twas friday noon when sue bee came up (OR down) to london for the weekend!! we were suppose to ttt's bake the cake together-gether.. but then she had to leave for some talk after smashing (literally, with a pot :P) the hazelnuts..
after much deliberation, i finally choose honey hazelnut cheesecake! it sounds yummy right?

and here in london, i had to "handwhisk" the eggwhites and "handstir" the creamcheese since no one in their right mind would bring a mixer.. damn tiring lor! but luckily xiong, jun and benny were there to help! so we each took turn to whisk and mix the ingredient. thank you guys! :) they were preparing dinner for a party of 9 that night, crazy!
smart me decided to add more honey, creamcheese and some butter to enhance the taste. xiong tried it and his face practically went from :) to >< (with the sound effects somemore!!) i know, damn evil bleh! hahah.
ok la, i admit, the taste was a bit off. but no worries, original cheesecake with REAL CHEESE for me next time! hehe..
anwyays, sbee came back at bout 5pm and off we went to meet the guys for dinner.. ttt chose this SUPERBLY ABSOLUTELY SMASHINGLY WONDERFULLY HEAVENLY good japanese restaurant- hana to celebrate his bd dinner.
have to admit, his taste is quite good :P

we were stuffed that night man.. all of us except for dianhoong, cos he doenst know how to appreciate raw fish! seriously, how could one miss out on that?
decided to go to this bar/cafe at picadilly circus.. situated directly opposite ruby blue, didnt even notice its existance before that! hehe.. all of us minus sue bee minus jun sat down, chilled and chatted till bout 1+am..
another addition to the list of my fav drink - mojito!!!!(pronounced "mo-hee-to")
its a mix of mint, rum and carbonated water..
SO SO GOOD!!! highly recommended! :)
(max, rmb that? haha)
